Horse and ice cream
My favourite happening at camp was when the horse ate everybody’s Ice creams. And Gareth said,” You like Ice creams, don’t you?” and the horse nodded. Gareth said,” Cookies and cream or boysenberry? And the horse nodded and moaned and everybody laughed and the horse went away. The most interesting thing I saw at camp was a horse eating Ice creams because I have never seen a horse eat Ice creams or answer Gareth’s questions.
Something new I learnt at camp was about TeRaaparaha and Kapiti Island and how he conquered it and I learnt it form a ranger called John.
I am really glad I went to camp because we learned heaps, and we had lots of fun and got lots of exercise.

Camp reflections
The most interesting thing I saw at camp was the ice plant because it was different from any plant I’ve seen before because the leaves were big.
Something new I learned at camp was a new camp song, it is off sponge bob! C-A-M-P F-I-R-E S-O-N-G song.
I’m glad I went to camp because I learned how to play the adults version of spotlight!
My favourite happening at camp was when me and Cordelia told Bloody Fingers because everyone enjoyed it!!!

My favourite happening at camp was the bonfire at the beach, because my class got to roast marshmallows and tell scary stories.
Something new I learnt on camp was that electronic trains in reverse, still go quite fast, while confusing me...
I’m really glad that I participated in camp because I got to learn a great new experience with my friends.
And the most interesting thing I saw at camp was a bouncy pillow-type thing, that was like a cross between a bouncy-castle and an inflatable trampoline!

My favourite happening at camp was playing spotlight. Felix and Gorge’s dads had a possum light and you had to sneak up and touch the cricket wicket. But if you got spotted by the light you were out.
The most interesting thing I saw at camp was a huhu grub. It’s amazing to think that Bear Grylls has eaten them.
Something new that I learnt at camp was how to build a fire. You need finger wood, thumb wood and wrist wood. You put the finger wood on the bottom, thumb wood in the middle and wrist wood on the top.
I’m really glad I went on camp because IT WAS SARCASTICALLY FUN.

The most interesting saw at camp was the jumping pillow I have never seen anything like it before. It was a very creative idea. Also it was amazingly fun playing on it. At a glance thought, IT was the most curious thing, It was good that it was in a big sandpit so that when you fell off , you landed in soft golden sand.
I am really glad I went on camp because I had so much fun.I found out lots of new things and we did the coolest staff, the roast mashmallows over a bonfire and played giant volleyball over a hedge.
